We need you to fundraise to help us raise vital funds to support our campaigning work.  Join us for one of our events, or plan one of your own, and take the opportunity to raise some vital funds to tackle climate change.

If you're taking part in a challenge event, why not do it for Friends of the Earth Scotland?  It's easy - there's no need to collect cash off everyone, just set up a Virgin Money Giving sponsorship page and ask your friends and family to help you raise money securely online.

Fife Cycle Challenge 2010

Could you cycle 22 or 34 miles (approx.) in the beautiful Fife countryside to raise money for Friends of the Earth Scotland?  Join us on Sunday 5th September 2010 for a cycle ride which will start and finish in Cupar and take in some breathtaking countryside.

Come and support our first ever Friends of the Earth Scotland Month in November - we have so much going on and want you to join us!

Collection at Ocean Terminal, Leith - 6 & 7 November 2010

Can you spare 2 hours of your time to help with our collection at Ocean Terminal in Leith?  We need people between 10am and 7pm on Saturday 6th November and 11am and 6pm on Sunday 7th November.  

Fashion Show at The Voodoo Rooms, Edinburgh - 10th November 2010

We are holding an exclusive fashion show at The Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh on 10th November 2010.  Showing their collections will be Bill Baber Knitwear, Fabhatrix & Catherine Aitken.  Hair will be done by Gillian Maciver of Coco Ribbon Hair.  There will be a drinks reception and entertainment in the form of bellydancing.  You can even have a soothing hand massage to relax!  This promises to be a fabulous event.  Tickets are limited and will be on sale soon, register your interest now so you don't miss out!  

Go Green for Friends of the Earth Scotland

Could your workplace hold a fundraising day for Friends of the Earth Scotland?  We are asking companies to "Go Green" for a day during November.  Dress down in "green" clothing (colour, ethical, recycled) and make a donation to Friends of the Earth Scotland.  Why not hold a bake sale or a book swap at the same time?

Edinburgh Half Marathon 2011

Come and join us for the Edinburgh Half Marathon in 2011.  The event will take place on 10th April 2011 and you can secure your place today by registering with us.  Registration is free if you commit to raising £200 in sponsorship.  Register now.

Winnie All Energy: John Everett is running in the BUPA Great North run to raise funds for our local groups and us to campaign on wind farms

Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh organised a green fashion event and donated the proceeds to us. £320 was raised in one night.

The Raj Restaurant in Edinburgh allowed us to organise a fundraising dinner in their restaurant with 50% of proceeds going towards our climate change campaigns. We raised over £600.
