This report identifies environmental changes already happening in Scotland and suggests ways that we should respond and adapt to the challenges we already face, as well as looking forward to tackle climate change in the long term. It includes proposals for climate change mitigation and urges Scotland take the lead to protect our environment instead of waiting for other governments to make the first move.
