A response from Friends of the Earth Scotland to the Proposed Alteration (Section 3 of the Lothian and Borders Area Waste Plan), expressing concern that the report is too technical for the general public to engage with and proposing a full public consultation on waste management in the Lothians, while rejecting all options that fail to deliver the National Waste Plan Target of at least 55% recycling and composting.
